Terms of Service

Last updated July 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Duebook ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Duebook.

The service

Duebook helps you track recurring tasks — home maintenance, car care, pets, health, subscriptions, birthdays, and anything else you add — and reminds you by email when something's due. It's free to use. Some optional paid features (like text reminders) may be added in the future; if so, we'll clearly explain the cost and how it works before you're charged anything.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for whatever happens under your account. Give us an email address you actually check — reminders and account notices go there. If you suspect your account's been compromised, change your password or reach out to us right away.

Acceptable use

Use Duebook for its intended purpose: tracking your own recurring tasks and reminders. Don't use it to store or share anything illegal, don't try to break or abuse the service (scraping, overloading it, probing for vulnerabilities without permission), and don't upload attachments you don't have the right to store.

Your content

You own the items, notes, and files you add to Duebook. We only store and display it back to you so the app can do its job — we're not claiming any rights to it beyond that. You're responsible for what you upload.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Duebook reliable, but it's provided "as is," without guarantees of uptime or that reminders will never be missed or delayed. Don't rely on Duebook as the sole safeguard for anything critical — genuinely important deadlines deserve a backup reminder somewhere else too. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Duebook and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including missed reminders, lost data, or anything you were tracking that didn't get done on time.

Ending your account

You can stop using Duebook and ask us to delete your account and data at any time — email us at the address below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Duebook changes. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new "last updated" date.
