Duebook

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 4, 2026

Duebook ("we," "us") helps you track recurring tasks and get reminded when they're due. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, used to sign in and to send you due-date reminders.
  • Item data: the recurring tasks you create, including names, categories, notes, due dates, and completion history.
  • Preferences: your notification preference and timezone, used to time reminders correctly.

How we use it

We use your information to operate Duebook: authenticating you, storing your tracked items, and sending reminder emails when something is due or overdue. We also occasionally send promotional emails — offers relevant to what you track, like a discount tied to a guide you've read. This is on by default for every account, and separate from due-date reminders and account emails (password reset, etc.), which are never affected. You can turn promotional emails off anytime in Settings. We do not sell your information, including your email address, to anyone.

Third-party services

Duebook relies on a small number of service providers to operate:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication and session management.
  • Resend — delivers the emails we send you (sign-in links and reminders).

If we add advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) or SMS reminders in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before those features go live.

Cookies

We use a session cookie solely to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies at this time.

Your choices

You can delete any item you've added at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we'll remove it.
